Job Description:

Providing technical assistance to the end-users of Abara LMS, our cutting-edge LMS software.
Technical Support Representatives support end users, learning management systems administrators, and users.
Ensure finest level communication with the customer and meeting all defined service level agreements (SLAs) while analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving issues for customers and partners.
Responsible for providing regular updates with respect to progress of each incident, and quickly providing high quality, creative, and timely solutions in a professional manner while meeting defined customer service goals.
The Product Support Engineer should be able to resolve post-sales, non-technical, and technical queries of customer inquiries via phone and electronic means like chat or Zendesk, Freshdesk/other help desk or ticketing systems.
A primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for facilitating LMS Support and providing advice and assistance to internal employees as well as external customers on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
All sort of Technical guidance will be provided by a Product Owner and Technical Lead.
You may have to collaborate with, or provide guidance to, other members or new joiners of the team.
Proactively manage documentation of all projects by creating and then communicating the documentation plans and schedules, tracking and reporting documentation status, identifying and working with management and various teams to remove roadblocks and escalate issues as needed.
Obtain a deep understanding of all components, features, and functions of the LMS.
Review and update existing documentation based on new releases/versions of the products.
Ensure adequate documentation is provided prior to the product release for both the internal team as well as the client.
Perform miscellaneous tasks like exporting these documents into different formats including PDF, Web Help, and Word, preparing reports for product meetings, etc.
Research and resolve LMS functionality issues in conjunction with the technical team.
Assisting eNyota learning in pre-sales queries for the LMS.
Provide timely and efficient troubleshooting assistance to end users by investigating all questions/issues (including, but not limited to connectivity, functionality and user issues) and take appropriate action for resolution.
Document processes and manage various email templates.

Desired Profile:

Good command over the English Language (both spoken and written).
Excellent knowledge of computers, especially MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Demonstrated technical aptitude. Candidate must be able to pick up technical subject matter quickly and ask the questions needed to determine the relevant aspects of a product.
Ability to document business processes and write detailed functional requirements.
Exposure to working with international clients and audience will be desirable.
Ability to work under tight timeframes.
Enthusiastic, highly organized self-starter who is able to work with limited supervision, thrives in an ambiguous environment and works well under aggressive schedules.
Capability to handle sensitive and complex issues with discretion and good judgment.
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in LMS administrators, end users, developers and service delivery.
Working knowledge or exposure to HTML, Learning Management System (LMS) or Course Management System (CMS) is preferred.
Experience in developing Architecture Overviews and technical illustration for items such as flow diagrams and server architecture.
Knowledge of software development practices and tools.
Ability to quickly develop rapport with engineers and project teams.
Candidates with experience in working with or communicating with clients or end users to train them on the product/software solution would be given preference.
Experience in communicating via phone calls/web conference/Skype etc. with international clients is preferred but not essential.
Experience managing and administering LMSes and CMSes like Moodle, JoomlaLMS, Wordpress CMS etc.
