Job Description:

- Handling customer issues and resolves them within specified time limits using remote support applications.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved tickets to the appropriate internal teams.
- Search and identify solutions for software and hardware issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including installation and related configurations.
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
- Follow up with users to ensure their applications are fully functional after troubleshooting.
