Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Updation of Service Calls in ERP.
Analysis of Stock : comparing physical v/s virtual stock.
Following up with State Incharge / Regional Incharge for TAT escalation.
TAT control - overall.
Coordination with branches: acting as a bridge between branch and HO.
SPOC for Service escalation.
Communication with Sales Team / dealers & distributor network for smoother Service support and closure.
Must have good communication (Hindi Mandatory) and working knowledge in MS Excel.
