Good Customer Service Skills - Speaking promptly, precisely and solving queries for inbound calls towards product support.
Good typing and MS-Excel skills.
Soft Spoken and solution based working style required.
Assertive approach to handle customers.
Equal command in Hindi, English & Tamil (spoken).

Desired Profile:

Hindi speaking mandatory.
Should be flexible.
