Job Description:

Monitor and maintain performance & capacity at server for customer Cisco cloud infrastructure applications.
Responsible for Preventive maintenance of Data centers, Infrastructure devices and customer devices.
Monitor alerts, analyze the trends and respond to incidents.
Preventive Maintenance.
Hardware, system, and network monitoring.
Backup control.
Bandwidth consumption.
Quality of service control.
Network and infrastructure audit.
Corrective Maintenance: Quick responses to network problems as soon as they are detected. Actions involved in our corrective activities include.


Knowledge of major internet routing protocols; BGP, OSPF, etc.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
IP networking fundamentals and extensive experience in TCP (internals and flow control), UDP, DNS & DHCP.


Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
1 year of Network operations experience.
Open to 24*7 shifts.
CCNA Cloud Or Cisco Voice certified.
