Job Purpose:

To be responsible for the implementation and testing of new and upgraded BI products and services and ensuring that they meet the defined requirements, and are consistent with our existing BI platform and approach.
He / She should be responsible for delivering user friendly reporting suites and also work on automation and design strategy.
To identify improvements in terms of tools and approach which add value to the product and service development activities and include these in the infrastructure growth plans.
To liaise and create a unified professional working relationship with all Group Central Services Areas and wider Support and Operational Areas, to ensure identified wider business opportunities are shared and promoted, to create compelling and WOW business cases for the business and their clients that will truly make a difference.


Accountable for following our development processes during the implementation of BI products and services.
Accountable for the implementation and testing of BI products and services which accurately deliver the design concepts proposed by the BI Requirements Manager.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of wider business practices that can support new approaches and ways of working to help continually improve the department, delivery output and ultimately the company.
Works closely with colleagues in the Group Central Services team to ensure a positive image is presented at all times and close working relationships are created.
This extends to the wider Business Intelligence and Performance Optimization functions creating a governance model to ensure all are aware of infrastructure operation, usage and performance.

Understanding of Webhelp clients business, customers and market environment.
Business intelligence tools, application, database and architecture skills (SQL and Microsoft BI Stack preferred).
Working knowledge of call centers, associated technologies and statistical analysis.
Strong verbal and written communicator with good attention to detail.
Understanding of internal systems and departmental procedures.
Strong team player, with the ability to contribute and challenge yourself and the team.
