Job Description:

Candidates should have good communication and writing skills.
Candidates should have some knowledge about IT industry Candidates with or without experience is acceptable ( 6 Months to 1 years exp).
Experienced candidates should have good understanding using job portals viz. Naukri / Monster or any other job portals.
Candidates should have sound knowledge about their academics in case freshers Candidates should be well versed on computer basic skills like MS office or word or PPT.
Candidate should be a quick learner.
There will be no or less targets.

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Executive to implement a variety of human resource programs.
The job involves number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, payroll, grievance handling etc.
The goal is to ensure the HR departments operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong communications skills.
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Good at reporting and data analysis.
