Job Description:

In this role, you will get to:

Be the Expert: Troubleshoot hardware & accurately determine fixes; research issues and resolves technical problems; Complete technical and special projects as assigned.
Be the Point of Contact: Resolve basic level 2 and some level 3 issues in a Mac OS and Windows environments.
Enable and Guide: Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests; implement and maintain operational documentation and procedures.
Enable the workforce: Coordinate and/or perform remote fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications; remotely troubleshoot issues relating to hardware and software (typically Mac OS, Apple, Google for Work, Cisco Meraki, Dropbox etc).
Keep management updated: Relay important information in the form of timely and accurate reports; issue the daily operations status report and project status reports as required.

Desired Profile:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.
Experience in Apple hardware, Mac OS, Google (G-Suite), and Windows.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
College degree from accredited four-year institution or relevant technical experience.
Previous customer support, sales or technology experience a plus.
Ability to be persistent in working through challenges and doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
Ability to be creative and resourceful in finding effective solutions to problems and situations.
Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements.
Pro-active ability in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player.
