Job Responsibilities:

To identify customer segments, lead generation, and tracking, conversion of leads into an opportunity resulting in closures.
Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing clients.
Work closely with the marketing and growth teams to come up with revenue generation strategies to target existing customers.
Build a deeper understanding of customers and their requirements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for the Function.


2 - 6 years of work experience, managed and lead teams with proven leadership skills.
Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue growth.
Experience analysing data, trends to customer growth opportunities.
Experience setting goals, managing business metrics, and achieving year-over-year improvements.
Proven negotiation skills.
Analytical, with a strong focus on critical thinking.
Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal.
Strong presentation skills at all levels.
Proven ability to mentor, guide and influence team and other leaders within the organization.
Proven ability to build a strong team.
