Job Description:

Redcentrics largest operating division is now looking for Second Line Network Engineer to provide remote support for Redcentrics clients.
The successful candidate needs proven experience of working in a fast-paced support environment with the ability to manage a demanding, multi-task workload.
International Voice Support experience is mandatory.
Providing L2 support for Network services.
Troubleshooting issues related to Networks (Leased line, EFM, ADSL, MPLS, Cisco Wireless and Cisco VoIP).
Willing to work in 24x7 rotational shift.


Experience in managing 10+ offices connected via WAN.
Experience in managing Multi-Client Networks, WAN Links, LAN Management.
Experience in managing Campus LAN.
Experience on Cisco Routers and Switches.
Hands-on Experience in MPLS network.
Experience in Cisco VoIP.
Experience on Cisco Wireless (controller based and stand alone).
Hands on experience in configuring and troubleshooting on troubleshooting BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, HSRP Protocols, Layer-2 Protocols etc.
Knowledge on Meraki and Aruba Wireless would be an added advantage.


Previous experience of working for an IT service provider in an outsourced environment.
Ability to work under pressure and to Service Level Agreements in a fast paced environment.
Excellent people skills with the ability to interact successfully with business and other technology groups.
Able to manage multiple incidents and ensure quality is maintained in the approach.
Good analytical skills; a structured and methodical approach.
Strong service attitude; builds lasting client relationships, strives for efficiency and effectiveness.
Excellent verbal, written and client communication skills.
