Job Description:

Manages overall personnel, performance, daily operations and discipline of self.
The position will be responsible to provide Work Dispatching & distribution for the remote support team members who provides IT infrastructure & Microsoft cloud products support.
Create tickets for all incoming issues by the clients, send acknowledgement to clients with the relevant ticket information and dispatch the tickets according to Round Robin method in between the team members.
Monitor all emails and check if all of them have been addressed by the assigned team members.
Send Open tickets and Follow up report to the team on daily basis.
Take Accountability for communication for all issues that have been coming via Email, Chat, ticketing portal and Calls.
Track the work load for all team members and assign tickets accordingly to them.
Drive specific improvement projects as required by Management Team from time to time.
Be accountable and responsible for actions taken.
Take ownership of tasks assigned.
Optimize system parameters for best performance.
Establishing & maintaining technical and administrative procedures for Information systems.
Maintain & manage Service desk platform with best practices.
Answering incoming support requests, inquiries via telephone, email, ticketing system & IMs to determine if problems are user, software or hardware related.
Managing the daily open issues and doing call backs ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Responsible for keeping the clients informed of progress on issues that cant be resolved on first call.
Will be responsible for updating, sharing daily calls & tickets trackers.
Understanding help desk priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them.
Shall be working in a fast pace 24*7 environment and No fixed off-5 days working.

Takes training that continues to develop interpersonal skills.
