Job Description:

ProKarma is seeking a strong communicator who is highly organized and detail-oriented for the role of Interview Scheduler.
The role will provide daily support to the US Recruiting Team with the objective of efficiently and successfully scheduling high-volume technical interview activity.
This role requires effectively multi-tasking while providing excellent customer service and building solid working relationships with our clients and the recruiting team in order to effectively manage all matters independently.
Arrange appointments with potential candidates requiring extensive phone time and candidate follow-up.


Schedule phone and Skype technical interviews for US candidates with speed and efficiency.
Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates.
Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates.
Perform administrative duties as required to support interview documentation.


Preferred experience includes scheduling and supporting recruitment activities, preferably for technical roles / teams (or) at least 2+ years of experience with Voice process (Preferably US).
Exceptional English language (speaking and writing) skills and comfortable being on the phone.
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel or PC based calendar/meeting applications.
Strong follow up skills.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently.
Exceptional customer service focus and ability to demonstrate professional image over the phone.
Experience in maintaining confidentiality, utilizing discretion and good judgment.
Ability to create and sustain productive relationships with external and internal clients.
Willingness and ability to flexible US hours.
