Job Description:

Excellent communication Skills.
Ability to communicate effectively using variety of mediums (Telephone, e-mail, Chat).
Sounds Confident, Energetic & Assertive while conversing.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
GDS - Amadeus or Galileo Knowledge will add advantage.
Ability to handle stressful situations.
Should be flexible to work in shifts and rotational Week Offs as per business requirements.
Prior work experience in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, Hotel, OTA, Customer Service.
Should have managed a team in the past and displayed effective teamwork and leadership skills.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment and rotational week offs.
