Job Description:

Will be required to take over existing customer relationships and manage the complete customer service role in the US Shift.
Has to be proficient in verbal and written English communications.
Should have experience of dealing with clients on the phone and by emails.
To resolve queries of existing clients through mails.
Will have the responsibility of maintaining daily logs of mails made, queries resolved.


Will have to learn the work procedure of the art clients which includes, resolving the issues of the artwork, generating mails, replying to the customer.
He / She should be capable of handling multiple customers on a day-to-day basis.
Should keep co-ordination with the colleagues. Preparing the MIS, and different types of reports.
Typical candidates would have 1+ years experience in dealing with international clients.
