Job Description:

Candidate must have hands of 2 - 4 years of relevant experience into end-user support (Mandatory).
Should be able to independently resolve production issues.
Hands-on experience on Root cause analysis and Repeat ticket analysis.
Must have worked in SLA based support projects environments.
Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and technical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to interface, negotiate and communicate technical concepts effectively with peers and Clients.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of Oracle PL SQL is required.
Should have worked on stored procedures, functions triggers, indexes and packages.
Experience documenting business requirements and processes, FAQs, User Manuals, SOPs etc.
