Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshoot user & client related issues (Hardware, Software, Applications) through direct/remote & resolve them within SLA.
Installing OS through SCCM and update appropriate drivers/firmware.
Perform system maintenance as per given schedule, system performance tuning.
Coordinate with hardware and software vendors on service level issues.
Ensuring routine processes are documented and kept up-to-date.
Time sheet updation, updating each ticket status in Ticketing Tool, Audit documents update.
Maintaining Asset Inventory.
Perform L1 network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
Coordination with Global team on demand for user issues.
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Liaise with other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Must be able to provide after hours on-call support and rotational shift coverage.
Should have Good Communication, Documentation and Reporting Skills.
Should be flexible to work in shifts.


Must have a knowledge of Computer Hardware/Software/Mac.
Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, network technologies.
Experience in managing office 365 Apps (outlook, office, One Drive, SharePoint) and MS Teams.
Experience in Installing and configuring new hardware and software installation and replacement.
Experience in handling PRI line, ISP line, EPBAX, CCTV and Access control devices.
Knowledge about Proxy and VPN technologies.
Knowledge in Cloud solutions.
Good knowledge in MS word, MS Excel, Power point, MS Flow and Planner.
