Job Description:

Support and provide customer service (Queries and Request response) via phones and e-mails(coordination with the internal team), both inbound(calls from customers) and outbound(to internal team).
Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs and holds interruptions.
Effectively deal with irate callers, and upset customers.
Meet commitments to customers and other duties as assigned.
Display time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements.
Display sensitivity to healthcare business work environment.
