Job Responsibilities:

1. Provides support to project managers in day-to-day project administration so the PMs can focus on core duties.
2. Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the stakeholders.
3. Documenting and updating the project management processes and standards & governance.
4. Assisting Project Managers on large projects, contributing to Quality Reviews, and coordinating activities in support of quality objectives.
5. Provide support to the onshore and offshore Marketing, Sales and Accounting teams.
6. Should be able to work on revenue forecasting and effort forecasting and calculate variance as per actual numbers.


1. B.tech (CS/IT/EC) with MBA OR B.com / BBA with MBA (IT) is mandatory.
2. Throughout 70% is mandatory in academics. (10th, 12th ,Graduation and Post Graduation).
3. Understanding of software engineering.
4. Understanding of quantitative analysis.
5. Understanding of creating and maintaining MIS.
6. Ability to quickly ramp up on popular online tracking tools.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power point and Excel) and Google Spreadsheets.
8. Very strong written & communication skills, works well with a team, good with tight & strict deadlines and easily adjusts to shifting priorities.
9. Ability to do multitasking and detail oriented.
10. Should have knowledge about CRM tools (Optional).
