Job Description:

Minimum 1 and max 6 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Care or Technical Support.
Experience in supporting global customers with consumer products.
Strong written communication (Mandatory).
Passion for Consumer Electronics and new cutting-edge technologies.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical troubleshooting for the Consumer Electronic Products, Mobile App and Web Application Software.
Troubleshoot customer issues via emails for consumer electronic products.
Asking probing effective questions and gathering information to determine source of problem(s) and customer needs.
Accurately capturing all the information pertaining to Customers and their queries in the internal database.
Taking ownership of the issue and ensure that it is fully addressed.
Perform follow-up testing, and/or troubleshooting in order to assist customers with the most accurate and timely response to their issues.
