Job Description:

Proficient in English & Hindi(BOTH).
Handling customer queries through Phone.
Provide Level 1 Customer support to end users and Level 1.5 support to ISP Technicians.
Troubleshooting customer issues and provide CSAT driven resolution.
Documenting cases on CRM/Ticketing tools.
Meet process defined SLAs and KRA.
Adherence to Schedules and processes.
Adherence to Company policies and guide lines.
Team Player.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
