Job Description:

Managing the business development life cycle, like identifying and initiating the hot leads from market research, fix up meetings and to provide support in follow-up for the closure of accounts.
Implementing business development activities.
Formulating innovative ways of sales and marketing.
Interact with C-Suite Level or Top Decision makers of the Company to get meetings.
Understand & define sales pipeline, industry verticals, target audience.
Identifying client needs, proposing solutions and furnishing clients with all the required information about the organization, service offerings, etc.
Maintain and develop new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth and client satisfaction.

Desired Skills:

Must have excellent presentation skills, ability to make sensible presentations which trigger more sales and business.
Demonstrate creativity & originality in work and have the personal drive and initiative to drive business forward.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent time management and organization.
Strong communication skills.
Sales & Marketing background mandatory.
Flexible to travel PAN India.
