Job Description:

Handling the customer query/ grievances.
Developing relationship with premium clients, thus enhancing the business.
Understanding the customer query and accordingly look forward for its resolution.
Revert to the clients (Happy Calling), thus confirming the service.
Focusing on the CSAT & identifying the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on the same.
Need to maintain certain reports such as Happy Calling Report and Apple Report.

Skills:

1. Good Personality with Excellent Communication skills.
2. Ability to multi task.
