Job Description:

This is a profile for Sr. Data Analyst with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
The candidate will be responsible for queries coming to helpdesk via Service now or incoming mails from clients or world-wide users.
Analyst will have to analyze the query/request pertaining to the data work being done by other processes and provide resolution including deep analysis via email/IM/skype calls or other channels like live chat etc.
The candidate having basic SQL knowledge will help in RCAs/Analysis.
The candidate should be willing to work round the clock due to 24/5 coverage model and sometimes during weekends (only when we have quarter ends falling in weekends).
Shifts are rotational however depending on the business need shifts are aligned.
Candidate should be able to manage deliveries on multiple requirements simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

Take ownership of customers issues/complaints and follow problems through to resolution.
Handle major incidents/escalations and provide support to Incident Management team once such complaints are handled.
Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
Provide help and advice across Data Operations Teams to increase the customer satisfaction.
Proactively pick up area of improvements and works towards it.
Excellent Knowledge of Excel and Good knowledge of SQL would be an advantage.
Actively participate in solution to complex or long-standing problems that have been affecting customers side.
Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for organisation or department.
Learning about organisation's services and keeping up to date with changes.
Keeping ahead of developments in customer service and providing Voice of Customer while changes and new onboarded projects happen.
Work very closely with manager/members to solve customer problems.
