Job Description:

Presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing clients.
Identifying sales opportunities and presenting benefits and key features of products effectively to acquire new business.
Identifying sales prospects and contacts and other accounts as assigned.
Adhering to the company external or internal customer care policies and procedures.
Has an understanding of the sales work environment.
Attitude to work with stretched targets.
Contact prospects by outbound/ answer the customers via Inbound.
Informs customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product.
Describe products and services.
Respond to questions.
Identify and overcome objections.
Manage and resolve customer complaints.
Take the customer through the sales process.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Maintain customer/potential customer data bases.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Employees must be willing to work at the times required by call center managers, and some positions include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Accomplishes sales and organization related results mission by completing as needed.
Has an understanding of the sales work environment.
Attitude to work with stretched targets.
