Job Description:

Identify the credits from all the sources against the transactions processed.
Analyse the transactions pending for realization.
Analyse the credits received without reporting any transaction.
Mark the transaction status as either credit received or cheque rejection.
Generate the CRUP (Cheque Returned Unpaid) and upload into the Kbolt.
Generate Manual Deposit slip as desired by the branches.
Tracking the credit status for manual deposit slip and intimate to the respective teams.
Attending branch queries and follow up with the banks.
Coordinate internally with CPZ to clear the pending queue.
Record the excess credits & un realized transactions.
Keep the management informed of all the excess credits & un realized transactions.
All the emails from all the stake holders should be attended.
Branch follow ups to resolve the pending transactions.
