Job Details:

Job Description: The official is required to act as the Internal Ombudsman of the Bank to strengthen the grievances redressal mechanism and to reduce the complaints to Banking Ombudsman. He / she shall be the focal point for Internal Grievances Redressal System of the Bank.

Years of Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in the areas of Banking, regulation, supervision, payment & settlement and consumer protection.

Age: Not more than 65 years.

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.

Essential Profile: Retired or serving Officer not below the rank of Deputy General Manager (or equivalent) from a Scheduled Commercial Bank, other than the Karur Vysya Bank Ltd.

Period of Contract: Tenure of the Official will be fixed term of not less than three years, but not exceeding five years. The Official is not eligible for reappointment or for extension of term.
