Job Description:

Research on the Internet and other information sources to find prospects in targeted segments.
Find contact information of decision makers in prospect organizations.
Enter information on all interaction with Prospects and Customers into a CRM system.
Contact prospects through email and phone.
Provide information on the product to them (use standard marketing material e-mail templates, brochures and presentations) to contact them.
Follow up with Prospects to secure appointments to demonstrate the product and to sell products to them.
Meet with Prospects and demonstrate products.
Send Proposals (standard template), follow up and secure Purchase Order.
Carry sales quotas and meet or exceed sales goals.
Provide weekly reports on all Sales Activity as required by the organization.


1. Speaks English very well. Highly desirable to speak Kannada well too.
2. Good writing skills in English (to send e-mails).
3. Very comfortable with using Internet tools to do research on prospects (on Google etc.).
4. Very pleasant and friendly personality. Loves to meet new people.
5. Positive and Can-Do attitude. Will not be disheartened by rejections from prospects. Exhibits patience and persistence.
6. Willing to work hard, work smart, and carry sales quotas and be motivated by earning commissions.
7. One or two years of previous sales experience or if new to sales, should be willing to learn quickly.
8. High School Degree or Diploma. If bachelors degree, preferably from Arts fields.
