Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide first line technical support to internal staff.
The ideal candidate will require an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of end user problems, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues.


Process all tickets raised to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of customer issues.
Ensure appropriate levels of transparency for all tickets escalated out.
Monitor all incidents and ensure timely resolution, or where that is not possible immediate escalation.
Coordinate and/or perform hands-on fixes.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows.
Experience with using and troubleshooting G Suite issues within a network environment (Email, permissions, calendar sharing, delegation, etc.).
Basic technical skills including knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office suite, G Suite and common printer issues.
Basic installation, configuration and support of IT equipment (laptop, desktop, thin client, printers, etc.).
Basic understanding in troubleshooting Internet Connectivity, LAN /WAN related Issues and server issues.
