Job Description:

The Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities for Clients.
Review and analyzes active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions.
Utilizes multiple internet resources, including social networking techniques to source candidates.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates "fit and technical competence".
Present career opportunities to qualified applicants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contract employees and vendors.
Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with management, peers and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully.
Research and gain understanding of current and potential clients.


Extensive experience in handling complete US recruitment life cycle.
Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT and NON-IT Technologies.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.
Must have hands on experience working with MSP/VMS based Direct Clients.
Experience with W2 recruitment process is must.
Expert level of experience in Recruiting and placing of citizens of Green Cards, EAD's, H1B & TN Visa Holders, Well versed on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp).
Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and Linked-In.
Understand the client requirements and submit profiles as per the client specifications.
Full-cycle Recruiting: Sourcing the candidates, screening them, Interview coordination, rate negotiation and hand-holding all the way till closure.
Must be a self-motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills.
Negotiate & finalize Pay rates/compensation of candidates.
Recruiting through job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationship and referrals.
Willing to join immediately.
