Job Description:

Experience in sourcing, screening and hiring talent from job portals is a must.
Should have Minimum 2-5 Years of IT Recruitment.
Good Experience in C2H staffing, inhouse corporate recruitment, and technical recruitment.
Should have worked with skill sets like Java, Big data, SAP, Agile Methodology.
Should have good experience in Client Interfacing.
Experience in hiring from alternate sources of talent is desired (Social media, for example).
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English language).

Job Responsibilities:

Need expertise and experience in the following:

Partnering with technical managers to understand hiring needs.
Screening resumes.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Administering appropriate company assessments/checklists.
Performing reference and background checks.
Making recommendations to company technical managers.
Coordinating interviews with the technical managers.
Following up on the interview process status.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure hiring goals are achieved.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
Staying current on the company's organisation structure, personnel policy and laws regarding employment practices.
Serving as a liaison with area vendors, colleges, and industry associations.
Completing timely reports on employment activity.
