Job Description:

Program Managing End to End Employee Onboarding Program for India:

Field and Global locations.
Schedule the on boarding session.
Making sure on boarding kit is ready for the new joinees.
Welcome the new joinees.
Facilitation the Onboarding Sessions.
Conduct ice breakers.
Conduct on boarding quiz.
Collect onboarding feedback.
Responsible to ensure new hire is allocated systems and workstation.
Responsible to introduce new hire to manager and buddy.
Analyze and Report onboarding feedback to the stakeholders.
Connect with new joinees post one week of joining to understand initial.
Feelers and report the feedback.

Business Induction For New Managers or Leaders:

Work with BU Leaders and Learning Partner to plan Business Orientation Program for New Managers or Leaders.
Blocking the schedule for facilitators and New Managers or Leaders.
Create closure report and update Business Stakeholders.

Learning Analytics:

Create, enhance and maintain learning data using MS Excel, Tableau(Optional) (for example: Regular Monthly Metrics, Quarterly Metrics, Annual Metrics).
Will be responsible to reach out to business to collect learning feedback on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Will be responsible to work with Learning Partners for developing Business Specific Learning Dashboards.
Will be responsible to carry out learning score analysis during PMS cycle.

Learning Partner:

Partner with business to drive learning needs based on the project requirements.


Outstanding knowledge of MS Excel.
Outstanding knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills (Written and Spoken).
Smart and willingness learn.
Attention to details.
