Job Description:

Responsibilities:

To handle Talent Engagement and Development related activities for the designated process.
Must assist the Functional Head to ensure that employee retention initiatives in the process are implemented assisting in making action plans based on trends and feedback.
To create attrition analysis reports and dashboards.
Performance Management - Driving performance Management for the process through the operations team.
This includes the confirmation and annual appraisals and performance improvement programs as needed by the process.
Resolution of issues related to behavior, attendance, etc.
Internal Growth Process: End to end ownership of the internal job posting process, and other career development programs.
This covers posting jobs, designing and administering selection rounds.
Policy and process implementation- Communication of rationale and interpretation, ensuring policy implementation by businesses.
Employee Satisfaction Initiatives - Analysis of survey results, formulating actionable based on the same in consultation with business.
Ensuring communication and implementation.
Grievance handling and disciplinary actions: interaction and coordination with other functions for interventions for employee issues when needed.
To set up mechanisms to resolve employee issues on the floor.
Conduct employee engagement initiatives like formal one on ones and skip/HR Pulse sessions.
Engaging with our NGO for driving initiatives from employees on special days and occassions.
Conducting the Training Need Intervention and coordinating with the L&D team to organise those trainings.
Driving awareness sessions on the floor for all employees.
