Job Description:

1. Minimum 3 - 7 years experience with strong communication skill.
2. Candidate must have exp. In overseas client facing support for at least two years, US/UK preferred.
3. Telephonic desktop support, , user and group creation, Network printer installation, troubleshooting Shared & NTFS Permissions, AV management, software & driver installation, backup & recovery, VPN configuration.
4. Resolving start up and login problems, Desktop performance and optimization, resolving browser, Outlook configuration & troubleshooting and internet connection, Wi-Fi issues, troubleshooting DNS & DHCP issues.
5. Understanding of TCP/IP protocol, IP addressing, networking & VLAN concept and cabling is must.
6. Manage and troubleshoot windows server and client operating systems and related software applications.
7. Knowledge of networking concepts/ technologies and system security is must.
8. Manage, monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 2008/2012 servers in domain environment.
9. Software & Hardware installation, maintenance, up gradation and troubleshooting of Windows 7, windows server 2008/12, MS SQL Server 2008/2012, IIS, Visual Studio 2010/14.
10. Manage and troubleshooting of ADS, GPO, DNS, DHCP, WDS/WSUS & VPN.
11. Excellent troubleshooting skill with ability to support and troubleshoot elevated queries independently.
12. Must have knowledge and exposure to virtualization technologies, VMWare ESXi/vSphere/vCenter, desktop virtualization, troubleshooting etc.
13. Experience in managing Sophos/ MacAfee AV with EP management, exposure to DLP and data security desirable.
14. Good communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with technical and non - technical issues with colleagues at all levels within and outside organisation.
15. Familiarity & working knowledge of excel is must.

Desired Profile:

Candidates working with call center/overseas telephonic L1/L2 support preferred.
Candidates are required to work in US night shift, good communication skill.
Candidates with overseas experience in voice based support with two years experience can also apply.
Excellent troubleshooting skill in multiple domain environment, AV and security.
Proficient in managing and troubleshoot server/desktop level queries independently.
Understanding of share and NTFS permission.
Responsible for routine LAN administration, maintenance, troubleshooting identifying risks and issues.
Configuring and troubleshooting of DNS/DHCP/WDS/WSUS.
Monitor network services, check logs and audit management.
Responsible for monitoring performance and conformance to standards, work ethics, company policies and professional conduct.
