Job Description:

Review the documents and raise the endorsement request to the insurers.
Identify incomplete/ missing information on documents and get the correct document from customers.
Track and manage resolution of his/her tickets and close them well within SLA.
Initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate.

Desired Profile:

Ability to understand the customer requirement and take defined action.
Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.
Deliver high quality and timely resolutions to problems.
Perform problem research when necessary.
Basic written English & English Comprehension.
Able to write emails and talk with customers on phone.
Basic ability to make decisions and escalate in required conditions.
Basic multitasking skills to be able to toggle between multiple screens and multiple input sources.
Provide exceptional customer support when communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Experience working on Fresh Desk support tool.
Basic understanding of motor insurance and endorsements.
