Job Description:

L1 and L2 support through help desk management.
Ensure timely response to tickets / emails / calls from clients / US operations.
Maintain response and resolution SLA agreed with the clients based on the type of product / Line of Business.
Monitor IIS and DB servers on utilization of resources including memory, CPU, etc.
Work with development team on creating PT / Jira stories for the bugs / feature requests received from clients.
Root cause analysis.
Deploying new builds/patches in DB and IIS environments.

Primary Skills:

Ticket management.
Change/release management.
Customer support through email/phone/chat.
Server management (IIS & DB), Knowledge in SSIS, ETL jobs.
Hands-on experience in DB and/or UI deployments.
Basic knowledge in SQL.
Excellent communication skills - Oral & written.

Secondary Skills:

Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, any other ticketing tools, Experience in healthcare domain, Agile/Scrum process knowledge.
