Job Description:

Responsibility involves responding to customer queries and following-up with experts (doctors, dieticians) on special cases so that answering time-limits are met.
Response to customer queries will be mostly be in the form of mails (80%), but may involve voice support as well (20%).
Closure of customer complaints according to laid-out policies and timelines.
Passing feedback/insights from customers to the product team as a part of continued business development.

Job Requirements:

Experience and passion in customer care operations - written and voice (1 to 2 years of experience preferred).
Fluency in English is a must.
Functional knowledge of MS Office.
