Job Description:

Query & data handling for Forex Domain.
Dealing with complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.
Documenting all calls with regards to participant inquires accurately.
Monitoring call tracking for responses.

Desired Profile:

Graduates and Undergraduates both preferred.
Should have excellent verbal communication skills.
Should have good writing skills.
Should be open to work in rotational shifts.
