Job Details for Legal Researcher (Exp):

Number of Positions: Two.

Expected monthly Remuneration: Rs. 50,000/-, Rs. 60,000/- depending upon experience.

Essential Qualifications: The candidate must be a law graduate (as on the date of appearing in the test) having a Bachelor Degree in Law (including integrated Degree Course in Law) from any School/College/University/lnstitution established by law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an advocate. The candidate must have knowledge of computer including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/processes such as Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw etc. Two years experience in handling legal matters.

Job Details for Legal Researcher (Freshers):

Number of Positions: Three.

Expected monthly Remuneration: Rs. 35,000/-.

Essential Qualifications: Fresh law graduate having a Bachelor Degree in Law (including integrated Degree Course in Law) from any School/college/university/lnstitution. established by law in India and recognized by the Bar Council Of India for enrolment as an advocate. The candidate must have knowledge of computer including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/processes such as Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw etc.

Last date of submission of the application is 24th September, 2018 (Monday) at 11:00 AM either by post or by email at bcpatra@eci.gov.in in the form attached at Annexure (A). List of those who fulfil the eligibility criteria and who have submitted the application within the time will be put on the ECI website (www.eci.nic.in) on 25 September, 2018 by 3:00 PM. Only these candidates will be allowed to appear in the selection test on 26th September, 2018.
