Job Description:

Research on best practices and trends in the industry and provide suggestions on enriching the current processes and guidelines.
Interact with respective business units and know the pulse of the employee.
Analyze trends and metrics for existing HR Processes and suggest improvements.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Guide and coach line management on team management with special emphasis on coaching, counseling, career development and addressing people issues.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Identifying processes that require automation and suggest tools / applications that can help bring in efficiency and increase productivity.
Analyse feedback for the current process and identifying gaps in the process and suggesting interventions to bridge the gaps.
Help in planning and seamless execution of various employee engagement activities - pulse survey, employee engagement surveys, 360 degree feedback and external surveys.

Responsibilities:

Work on revamping employee engagement committees and form an umbrella brand under which all the committees will fall.
Create committee member roles and responsibilities, propose committees way of working.
Talking to stakeholders from across the organisation for pilot testing and/or gathering feedback.

Skills:

Excellent Communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal relation building.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive program.
HR Domain knowledge preferably in the area of employee engagement, talent engagement and performance management.

Desired Profile:

Should be smart, driven and energetic.
Should be a graduate. MBA is a plus.
1- 3 years of experience in the HR discipline.
Should possess conceptual knowledge of HR.
Should possess excellent verbal and written communication.
Should have a well groomed amicable personality.
Should be able to ideate and produce creative content.
Should be able to deliver under tight deadlines.
Should have strong analytical, logical and numerical aptitude.
Should have the ability to listen actively and connect with individuals at every level of the organization.
Should be able to work with minimal supervision.
Should be proficiency in MS Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.

Selection Process:

Would take 2- 3 hours. Starts with Aptitude test & written, 2-3 interview rounds.
