Job Description:Good Comm Skills / Analytical Skills.
Good in Active Directory, Basic Exchange Server, DHCP & DNS.
Excellent Knowledge of desktop OS Windows.
Support hardware issues related to PC desktops, laptops, servers, networking and phones.
Assist with WDS / desktop imaging.
Knowledge on Ticketing tools.
Customer Handling Skills.
Knowledge of VMware (VSphere 5.5) and Citrix Xender.
Knowledge on Trouble shooting skills.
Field Help Desk requests, identify problems, and determine the resources needed to resolve.
Desktop, server, and network administration.
Maintaining, patching, and updating client systems.
Knowledge on Cisco CUCM / Unity/PLM.
Administering anti-virus /anti-spam /anti-malware solutions, including Trend micro deep security manager.
Knowledge on Backup (Veritas Backup, Veeam Backup, etc...).
TCP/IP, FTP, VPN, RDP, and firewalls.
