Thorough understanding of product requires.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Good Communication Skills listening, writing and speaking is necessary.
Commerce Background preferred Accounting Entries, Tally .
Experience in working with customer support.
Hands on experience in desktop support and hardware support.
Stress Tolerant.
