Job Description:

Recruiting, staffing, and organizational departmental planning.
Source and screen resumes for leadership positions in Sales, HR, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Client Services for the US offices.
Conduct phone interviews to further qualify applicants for all open positions.
Ensure timely communication with all candidates and hiring managers.
Electing the best sources to advertise job openings and implementing programs to assist the recruiting process.
Plan and coordinate mass recruiting events, for instance, campus hiring, recruitment drives, etc.

Candidate Profile:

1-6 years experience performing the full recruiting life-cycle.
US recruiting experience mandatory.
Experience using online recruiting sources for job postings and resume sourcing (monster, dice, Washington post, career builder etc.).
Must be organized, extremely detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
Excel in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Should be comfortable working in the night shift.
