Job Description:

The ideal candidature for this position will be managing CVENTs prospect and client database for lead generation across various sales and product divisions.
He/ She would be responsible for working with cross-teams and update/enhance the database health.
Also, responsible for importing contact database, extracting lists, along with regular data maintenance, cleaning and optimization tasks.
The ability to understand data, develop database architectures process flows, and optimize SQL queries to comply with CVENTs rapidly-evolving business and campaign requirements will be essential.

Job Responsibilities:

Work as data steward.
Extracting, analyzing and importing Information by ETL processes.
Developing and maintaining reports on campaign success, lead conversion, data acquisition rates, and effectiveness of lead sources, Drip campaign analytics etc.
Data preparedness for marketing campaigns.
Understanding the B2B marketing data eco-system, having multiple data sources viz. Cvent.com, Salesforce.com, Marketo and SQL/MS-CRM to take marketing programs to the next level.
Drive process re-engineering within current projects via analysis & automation.
Strong understanding of data structures as they relate to CRM systems and marketing campaigns.
Promote data driven marketing culture.

Desired Profile:

3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
Sound knowledge & experience in SQL and data warehouse (highly preferred in Marketing domain).
Should be able to convert the Business requirement into Technical requirement and vice versa.
Marketing campaign data management experience is must.
Advance Excel skill is must.
SalesForce.com knowledge is desirable.
Tableau knowledge will be plus.
Attention to detail, focus on deadline and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and logical ability.
Excellent communication skills.
