Job Description:

Liaise with the Operations Team of all three business units, namely Enago, Ulatus, and Voxtab.
Work in collaboration with the Project Management Team for efficient project management.
Work in collaboration with the Marketing team for implementation of strategies.
Efficiently handle the customer service operations for international clients spread across 89 countries.
Shoulder responsibility for effective email communication with international clients and the home team.
Build strategies to facilitate existing client engagement, create a new client base, identify potentially high-value clients, build effective and long-term client relationships.
Communicate and coordinate with a team of project managers, academic editors, translators and transcribers.
Efficiently handle information management that maintains client records.

Desired Profile:

Minimum 2 to 4 years experience into Client servicing / Customer Service/ Business Development/ Key Account Management.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to easily acclimatize to different cultural backgrounds.
Age criteria - Below 28 yrs.
