Job Description:

Enterprise Level Support.
Should have experience in Technical Support (Voice).
Should have a minimum of 1 Year worth of experience in International Call Center.
Must Have - Good Communication Skills (Both Written & Spoken English).
Needs to be customer centric.
Responding to incoming customer requests for technical support.
Experience working in a customer facing role in a technical capacity.
Consistently meets or exceeds mutually agreed upon individual/team performance objectives. Drives to excel in every aspect of the business.
A team player with a drive for continue learning and development in your field.
Will have to be comfortable working in 24X7 (Rotational Shift) (6 days of Working).
