Job Description:

Enterprise Level Support.
Should have experience in Product based Technical Support (Voice).
Basic Knowledge on Linux and Java.
Should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in International Call Center with 24/7 work shift.
Must Have - Good Communication Skills (Both Written & Spoken English).
Flexible to work in Night shifts.
Weekday OFF.
