Job Description:

The main task will be to answer any phone calls that we will receive from the clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Understanding the system on a high level to understand client problems/ issues.
Good communication skills including the ability to understand US accent.
Reply to email based tickets.
Follow up on tickets opened and track them to closure before SLAs.
Assign the tickets to concerned persons based on type of issue and severity.

Desired Profile:

US accent communication.
Willing to work Night shift process.
