Job Role:

As an Account manager (AM) / Campaign Manager (CM) expert, you will support brand advertisers by helping them in running the brands campaigns on Marketing Services portal. Your support efforts will conduct via phone & Emails.
Advertiser support will range from.
Optimization of brands campaigns.
Assisting them in running the campaigns.
Sharing periodic reports.
Periodic updates on products features.
Creating awareness about the new Marketing Service products & features to the point of contacts.

Provide onboarding support along with setting up campaigns for Advertisers.
Provide optimization support to Advertisers.
Respond promptly & accurately to advertiser queries and help them resolve issues with regards to their campaigns.
Identify common blockers faced by Advertisers and provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve advertiser experience.
Buddy up with new joiners and bring them up to speed with regards to program and process.

Desired Profile:

Proven work experience of 2-4 years in sales / marketing efforts.
Passionate about online business, e-commerce and sales.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Use scripts to provide information about product's features and present their benefits.
Explain products and services, and answer questions from customers.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements.
Persistent and results-oriented.
Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
