Job Description:

4. You are just as comfortable on the phone or in person as you are in an email. Your writing is clear and simple, with a proper dose of empathy.
5. An individual who can drive the incident management with effective and timely manner.
6. Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
7. At least one year of support experience in a SAAS company with basic understanding of cloud processes & systems.
8. Understanding of basic ITIL terminologies would be great.
9. Flexibility in scheduling (willing to work weekend & night shift potentially).
