Job Description:

Responsible for handling requirements from US based clients.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing from Job Portals, References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc. Making job postings on the Job Portal.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding the client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

Skills:

Experience of US IT recruitment.
Extensive technical knowledge in selected technologies to conduct primary screening.
Freshers are welcome with Excellent Communication Skills.
0-3 Years of Experience in US Recruitment.
Experience working with Tax Terms (1099, W2, C2C).
Should be a well versed with the various job boards like Monster, Dice, LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
Excellent analytical and assessment capability.
Good command over various search tools & techniques.
Must have prior experience in working in target oriented environment.
