Job Description:

The candidate must have an excellent vocal and written communication skills in the following areas:

Fluency of thought flow and expression.
Listening & Comprehension.
Ability to communicate clearly in speech and writing.
Able to phrase sentence grammatically in a structured manner.
Good Analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Self-starter and good team player.
Customer and Client handling skill.
Experience on the Service Desk industry is highly desirable.
Technical & Analytical capabilities.
Must have exposure to ITIL concepts and frameworks.
Preferably ready to work in US time zone.
